No, it is not possible, as the description of each resource (calendar) is saved in a public folder or mailbox (depending on the installation type).
When you click the Description button in the Outlook toolbar or the “?” icon in the Search window, the corresponding resource description is extracted to a temporary folder as a file and then shown. Therefore you need to use an absolute path.
