The resources are sorted alphabetically and with the current version of Calendar Browser there is unfortunately no way to have a custom order.
What you can do to solve the problem is starting with a number or letter and then add the “real” name of the resource, in a way that gives the order you want.
Example:
A-Rolls Royce
B-Cadillac
C-Audi
