Folder HelpDesk rights over the different folders

Please explain what rights different users should have over the different folders.



Support-Staff

In the mail enabled Public Folder: Publishing Editor or above

In the Helpdesk Public Folder: Publishing Editor or above

In the Server Share: write permission (for creating .cub file when using statistics)

On the used MS-SQL DB: database level (db_owner/db_datawriter)



Ticket Owner

In the mail enabled Public Folder: Publishing Author or above

In the Helpdesk Public Folder: Publishing Author or above

In the Server Share: write permission (for creating .cub file when using statistics)
