Can we extend more tag fields to hold data such as Street No., Street Name, Suburb, Postcode, Contact Person and Sales History?

You can add those fields and any others you may wish using the database. The database (Access or SQL) is open, so you can add any number of fields there, as well as build reports etc. That way you don’t have to burden the users with too much data entry.
