The bizsolutions365.com/staging products have three subscription levels, Minimum, Medium and Premium. All three levels will give you, support and free upgrades. We also give free use of Time Card for Outlook within the subscribing organization.
As you have only 8-10 users, I suppose Premium will mean a too big investment for you even though it gives many benefits. Therefore we will explain about the Minimum and Medium levels. The difference between the levels is what is included in addition to TimeCard for Outlook.
The Minimum level will give free use of TimeCard for Outlook within your organization + support and free upgrades. That way users always have good functioning software that is updated to support the latest technologies.
The Medium subscription gives the same as the Minimum level (free use of Time Card for Outlook + support and free upgrades) and also licenses to additional bizsolutions365.com/staging Solutions for Outlook and SharePoint. We encourage use of several bizsolutions365.com/staging products within our subscriber organizations, so the fee for the Medium level is very advantageous even if you only want to include one of the allowed four additional products.
With a Medium subscription you may choose a maximum of two Gold Solutions and two Silver Solutions, refer to the bizsolutions365.com products page.
Here are two suggestions on BizSolutions365.com Solutions that work well in combination with TimeCard for Outlook, but feel free to select the products that suit your organization best.
The Gold Solution Folder HelpDesk for issue tracking or Calendar Browser for resource booking. Calendar Browser can show the staff’sTimeCard calendars in an overview. We also suggest the Silver Solution KBase for knowledge base articles in your Medium Subscription.
We recommend the Medium subscription. It will give you three additional bizsolutions365.com/staging Solutions for a fee that is just a little bit higher than the Minimum level. Even if you only want to use one of them, the Medium fee is favorable!
