Close the old server or rename the TimeCard database, so that users are prevented from reporting to the old database.
In the Common Settings dialog, click on the ‘Report to’ button and switch option for reporting and shared settings. The reported appointments will not be migrated to the new option, but tags and other settings will be migrated.
Each user should open their Personal Settings dialog, click on the ‘Report to’ button and switch option for reporting.
