We can use Folder Child Count and Item Child Count functions for it (Note this function will on folder label hierarchy, not in sub-folder ).

2. Add “Folder Child Count” and “Item Child Count” Column using the checkbox in this view then click on “OK” button
3. Now “Folder Child Count” and “Item Child Count” function is shown on this view
4. Subfolder and 4 items under Organization C and Folder “Organization B” is Empty
